Welcome to mavero.store. By using this website, you're agreeing to the following terms. We’ll keep the legal jargon to a minimum — but this stuff matters.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of the mavero.store website. By accessing the site, purchasing from us, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST (where applicable).

  • We accept secure payments via major credit cards and third-party payment gateways.

  • Mavero reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or for any other reasonable reason.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $50 AUD.

  • Orders under $50 incur a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.

  • International orders do not qualify for free shipping and delivery times vary.

  • All orders include tracking.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Not happy? You can return your item within 30 days, no questions asked.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once returns are received and inspected.

5. Use of Products

All products sold on mavero.store are for personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, resell, or misuse our products or brand.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Mavero and may not be used without permission.

7. Site Accuracy & Errors

We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but mistakes happen. If we spot an error (e.g. incorrect price or product info), we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or amend orders where necessary.

8. Third-Party Links

Sometimes we link to other websites. We’re not responsible for what happens on those sites, including their content or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mavero is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our products. That said, you still have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and we fully respect those.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the date below will be updated. Your continued use of mavero.store means you accept any changes.
