We want you to love your Mavero purchase. But if you don’t, no stress — we’ve made returns simple.
30-Day No-Questions-Asked Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. No questions asked. No awkward emails. Just send it back and we’ll sort it.
What Can Be Returned?
Only items purchased directly from www.mavero.store are eligible for return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (we know — trying on is fine, just don’t take them for a jog).
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on boxers that have been worn beyond an initial try-on.
How to Return
- Email us at support@mavero.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back to us — return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — either by refund or replacement (your choice).
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
